Communication between us

The Domaine team is in constant communication with the owners. A person dedicated to the owners ensures the relay. We also offer :

  • Book your stays 7 days a week (in advance or at the last minute) via reception (by telephone or e-mail) and via the intranet booking tool; you have access to the booking diary in real time.
  • A shared space for information on all the technical aspects of your property (equipment, interventions, etc.); you can communicate directly with the managers via the platform.
  • Two owners’ weekends each year.
  • Seasonal newsletters.
  • A “WhatsApp owners” group shares photos and friendship.

Rates

  • Estate entrance fees
  • Entry fee: €6600 incl. VAT (€6000 excl. VAT + 10% VAT) – amortized over 6 years
  • Site deposit (returned on departure): €2,000 (excl. VAT)
  • PRL tax (paid to the tax authorities): €250 (excl. VAT)
  • Annual expenses (deducted from rental income) – prorated for the 1st and last years era
  • Annual rent (12 months): €5,000 incl. VAT (€4,545.45 excl. VAT + 10% VAT) with rental mandate. 15,000 € incl. VAT without rental mandate.
  • Utilities (water, electricity, …for your cottage)
  • Care and use :
