Team and recruitment

The staff at Domaine de la Cabane Verte is a permanent team of a dozen people, supported by extras and seasonal workers.

A united, professional team sharing a common adventure based on trust, conviviality and longevity.

We’re all proud and happy to welcome our residents to such an authentic, aesthetic and rejuvenating haven of nature.

Our values are, of course, to be as V.E.R.T. as possible, meaning that we are as Virtuoso, Committed, Respectful and Hardworking as possible. Here, we do well, we do what we say and we say what we do. We are at the helm of the domain, together and each in our own professions.

We work as a “duo” to be operational 7 days a week, every day of the year. And we’ve found the right balance to work happily in the hotel business: every two weeks, 4 days on and 3 days off, rest every other weekend, 100% health cover, travel expenses between home and work, telecommuting, … and often shared delicacies.

Customer relations

Patty, in charge of stays and relations with owners, and Anneleen, our Business Developer.

They both handle communications, reservations and reception.

Stewardship

Florence and Sophie are our stewards.

They take care of cleaning, laundry, small equipment, etc.

Technical control room

Fred, a wood specialist, and Bertrand, an electrician by trade and our “green thumb”, are our stage managers.

They take care of maintenance, interventions and small jobs.

The restoration

Recruitment is currently underway for management, kitchen and service positions (a developing area).

Administration

Thomas, our administrative and financial manager.

He is in charge of administration, accounting and internal organization.

Steering

Dominique, General Manager Hector SAS

She is in charge of team management and development strategy at Domaine de la Cabane Verte.

Want to join the team?

Every year, we recruit students and seasonal workers between May and September.

And all year round, extras are welcome in the catering department and sometimes in the technical control room.
