Our commitment to your health & safety

Health & safety

Your health & safety

Because your peace of mind is our priority, we make sure we have the right backup tools, skills and services.

The Domaine de la Cabane Verte team is trained in first aid and fire-fighting. The fire department is close by, and has the access code should you need to intervene. The village of Moux-en-Morvan (10 minutes away) has a first-aid center with boat, fire engine and ambulance. And the Gendarmerie makes regular rounds on the estate and around the lake.

All the tools are installed to ensure your safety:

  • First aid kit: available at reception and the Bistro

  • Defibrillator: accessible on the wall behind the Bistrot.

  • Emergency telephone: outside on reception

  • Fire extinguishers: in communal areas (bistro, hall, reception, sanitary facilities, kota-grill…) and on the grounds near the residences.

  • Smoke detectors in all chalets

  • Entrance gate open only to reception and a small number of vehicles (independent access for firefighters and police)

  • List of emergency numbers and services

  • Meeting point: in the event of an alert (by bigophone), meet on the esplanade, at the bottom of the estate via the gate.

  • Professional cleaning after each stay, household linen and towels treated by traditional laundry, bottles of soap filled before each stay.

  • Pedestrian traffic: the estate is exclusively pedestrian to ensure the safety of children, pets and bicycles, as well as your peace and quiet and the pleasure of a green estate.

  • Residents-only access: all residents’ contact details are available at reception; outsiders have access only to the Bistrot during opening hours.

You have a benevolent role to play!

We rely on you to respect pedestrian traffic on the estate (and the speed limit when entering the estate), to ensure general calm, good manners and polite conduct on the estate, and if you have medical skills to inform us on arrival.

Please send your comments to reception (open daily from 9H00 to 18H00, and later in summer) or by telephone: 06 48 00 93 79
